Q? Can I use this on Bass? Will I lose too much low end?
A: Splinter has been developed with a wide range of frequencies and musical instruments in mind, so just plug in and make thunder. As you can hear in the sound clips, the distortion created is very fat.

Q? Why is there some slight noise on the MP3s, especially the left channel on the Bass track?
A: When I compressed the files from WAVs, it left some artifacts that weren't there before. You probably won't even notice any noise, since it is negligible and should be ignored, for this is NOT a part of the sound Splinter produces.
